BRILLIANT Women has been created to inspire women to be ambitious, courageous, and authentic; achieving career success in male-dominated areas.
SPECIALISING IN WOMEN
After setting up our coaching and consultancy practice in 2018 we found ourselves working with a disproportionate amount of women clients, they were stuck in their careers, disillusioned, frustrated and unfulfilled. We then decided to learn more about the barriers and why we had so few women in the industry represented from the 'management to the boardroom' in hospitality. Through our extensive research we recognised that women were massively underrepresented and companies are also not working hard enough to unlock and discover the potential that they have in their businesses.
So we established there was a need, we could add significant value through our research, personal experiences and the experiences of our clients, we wanted to help women and businesses to ‘level the playing field’ so we developed our offer to appeal to women directly, those who want to progress, to take control of their careers, know their contribution is valuable and want to have impact. We designed it to appeal to women, set up a series of coaching and learning programmes where we coach growth mindsets, enable the design of career pathways, open up peer to peer support and facilitate a journey, this is a marathon and not a sprint.

BRILLIANT WOMEN ACCELERATED LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
The BRILLIANT Women Boardroom programme was set up in Oct 2019, a unique programme empowering women to achieve accelerated business success in male-dominated businesses, through designing and navigating a strategic pathway from management to the Boardroom.
Today that programme has evolved to become Accelerated Leadership.
Women face a number of disadvantages in trying to reach senior executive positions and to achieve career success. The purpose of the BRILLIANT Women Boardroom is to provide a programme for women to be unapologetically ambitious under the safety of a confidential umbrella, with the support of an Independent Chair, Executive Coach and Facilitator.
Over 12 months we provide relevant skills and techniques, women are encouraged to think strategically, build confidence, develop resilience, identify their ambitions and achieve them, in a thriving, collaborative and practical learning environment.
